Funding programs

Every way a small business gets funded, in one place

Different products are underwritten on completely different things — your deposits, your equipment, your customers' credit, or your building. That is why one decline means almost nothing.

How it works

Four steps, and you keep control of all of them

1. One short application

Three months of business bank statements is usually the entire file. Four minutes.

2. We shop it

Your file goes to a network of lenders — not one credit box. Different lenders, genuinely different answers.

3. You see the real math

Amount, term, payment, and total dollars repaid for every offer. Factor rates converted to real cost.

4. You choose. Funds land.

Same day on the fast programs. Days for equipment. 30–45 for SBA — we will tell you which is which.

Why owners use a marketplace

A bank has one credit box. We have fourteen programs.

We tell you when to say no

If a term loan beats the advance you asked about, we will say so — even though the advance pays us more. That is the entire reason to use a broker who shows their math.

You never pay us

No application fee, no packaging fee, no "processing" charge. We are paid by the lender when a deal funds, and we say that on every page.

Speed matched to the need

Same-day when a payroll is on the line. A 25-year SBA term when the deal deserves cheap money. Both, if the timeline needs a bridge.

Built for your industry

The cash-flow problem is different in every business

Freight waits 60 days to get paid. Restaurants lose six weeks a year. Contractors finance the general contractor. Pick yours.

Questions owners actually ask

How much can my business borrow?
Programs in our network run from $10,000 to $5 million. In practice, revenue-based approvals commonly land near one month of gross deposits, equipment financing follows the price of the asset, and SBA and real estate deals are sized off the project. Our estimator gives you a range in about thirty seconds.
What do I need to qualify?
The lowest published floors across the network are 4+ months in business, $10,000 a month in gross sales, and a 660 FICO for term loans; 600 FICO for a line of credit; no minimum FICO at all for equipment financing at 580, merchant cash advance, factoring and purchase order financing. Full table on our requirements page.
Does checking my options affect my credit?
No. Getting matched is a soft review. A hard credit pull only happens if you choose to move forward with a specific lender, and you will be told before it happens.
How fast can I get funded?
Same day to three business days on the fast programs once your file is complete. Equipment takes a few days, invoice factoring 2–5 days, commercial real estate about 30 days, and SBA 30–45 days.
What does this cost me?
Nothing to apply and nothing to be matched. We are paid by the lender when a deal funds, which is disclosed on every page of this site.
Are you a lender?
No. Goldspur Capital is an independent funding marketplace and referral partner. Applications are placed with ROK Financial and its network of lending partners, who make all credit decisions.
What if I have been declined before?
That is the most common reason people arrive here. A decline usually means one line of your file fell outside one lender's box. Equipment financing, invoice factoring and revenue-based products are underwritten on different collateral entirely — see what to do after a decline.
